HOSES AND CABLES
( number of products: 347 )All components of the gas system, regardless of generation, in order to function properly, must be connected to each other with the appropriate hoses and pipes. Both electrical to provide power and signal flow, hydraulic to connect the elements in which the gas flows in the liquid phase, and pneumatic to transport the vaporized gas in the vapor phase and connect the vacuums.
The elements in which the gas in the liquid phase is present are connected by high-pressure copper or thermoplastic pipes that come in 6 or 8 mm sizes. We offer SILMET copper wires and TRANSFER OIL thermoplastic wires. Both companies are top-quality Italian manufacturers. For CNG systems, high-pressure hoses are made of steel.
Connect the vaporized gas downstream of the regulator in the low-pressure section with rubber hoses. Depending on the configuration of the gas installation, they come in different diameters 4, 5, 6, 12, 14, 16, 19mm. According to Polish law, gas hoses must have the appropriate homologation. The company's range of A.MAX we have rubber hoses: FAGUMIT, SEMPERIT, NORTH FIGHTER, THUNDER FLEX, PARKER. Accessories (bands, springs) used during the installation of rubber hoses can be found in the "Other accessories" tab.
Liquid gas when changing its state of aggregation needs a lot of heat to evaporate. Water lines are used to connect the reducer to the engine cooling system. This is the only way to heat the reducer for proper operation of the gas system. The reducer is usually connected in parallel or in series in the wires from the heater located in the interior of the car.
Another type of hoses are vacuum hoses, used to connect the Mapsensor to the reducer and intake manifold. We offer silicone or rubber non-reinforced hoses in various diameters.
In the category of hoses and wires, you will also find various diameters of peszle to facilitate the neat installation of electrical harnesses. We also use grommets when installing cylindrical multivalves, connecting the multivalve housing to the ventilation grommets. Some people use peszle for additional protection of rubber hoses-gas and water hoses.
