The selection of LPG Electronics, MiniKits, controllers or harnesses depends on the type of combustion engine power supply and the number of cylinders it has. The main criteria is how the mixture is ignited, in diesel engines it occurs spontaneously, and in gasoline engines it is forced by a spark plug. For the first group, that is, diesel engines, we offer LPG electronics, which in part replaces injected diesel fuel increasing the dynamics, and power of the car additionally giving measurable financial benefits.
Gasoline engines in terms of the type of electronics needed to install the gas system are divided into two groups-direct and indirect injection. Solutions combining both groups- dual (or mixed) injection- are becoming commonplace. The differences lie in the way the gasoline is injected- either into the intake manifold or the combustion chamber. In cars with indirect injection we can 100% replace gasoline with gas, which is impossible in cars with direct or dual injection. In direct injection, a small injection of gasoline is necessary to lubricate and cool the tips of the injectors, which are exposed to high temperatures and contamination with carbon deposits. The necessary injection can be greatly reduced by the electronics used and, if necessary, by a dedicated high-pressure pump emulator.
Lpg electronics section also includes harnesses, controllers needed to repair a damaged gas system with a short circuit or flooding. There you will also find various emulators needed for the correct indication of gasoline, catalytic converter malfunctions, but also for deleting persistent errors that do not affect the proper operation of the drive unit. Injector emulators available in the LPG electronics section are used to cut off the gasoline injectors of cars with vacuum installation or emulate an additional 4 injectors in some engines, e.g. nissan 1.6 with 8 gasoline injectors.
Pressure emulators are needed in most cars of the volvo group, some Fords, Jaguars, Mercedes or Opels. When the engine is fed with alternative fuel, the reception of gasoline from the fuel rail decreases, which results in an increase in pressure and the appearance of the check engine light. The use of a pressure emulator effectively tricks the gasoline controller, which does not see pressure changes at the fuel rail after switching to LPG power.
In the lpg electronics section, we have lifted the gas and regulator temperature sensors and pressure and vacuum sensors-mapsensors. Temperature sensors are selected according to the electronics used and the reducer model, they differ in thermistor and connection thread diameter.
