Viton orings, thanks to their fluorine content, are characterized by heat and chemical resistance and non-flammability. Gaskets made of viton show low gas permeability. Applied m.in. with STAG AC reducers.

The seals are resistant to, among other things high temperatures, oils, mineral lubricants, fuels, acids, ammonia, atmospheric conditions.
