Hours of operation of the Warehouse and Customer Service Department:
Monday through Friday, hours: 07:00 to 15:00.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

How do I pay for my order?

By traditional transfer, fast transfer, card or cash on the spot.

When can I pick up the goods?

Receipt of goods is possible after receiving an email from us that the order is ready for pickup.

What details do I need to provide to receive my order?

At the time of receipt of goods, it is necessary to know the data identifying the order, i.e. its number and the data of the ordering person.

How much time do I have to pick up my order?

Products must be picked up within 7 days from the date of receipt of information about the completion of the order.
